We began in 1995 to support five orphans in Uganda whose parents died of AIDS. This year,
2025 marks the 30th anniversary of that initial commitment, and we continue at this time to give
help and hope to some 61 children and youth who continue in primary and secondary schools
because of our ongoing support.
We thank all who have contributed in the past, and invite you to renew support in 2025 as we go

The annual meeting of CANHAVE is scheduled for Wednesday, June 18, 2025 at 7 p.m. at
Parkwood Church, 10 Chesterton Drive, Ottawa. We invite you to attend. Those who have made
financial contributions during the past year are eligible to vote on the matters presented at the
annual meeting.
We welcome your interest and support. Donations can be made either by e-transfer to

Donations of securities can also be a great way of sharing accumulated resources with those

After completing the form, please file one copy with your broker who will arrange the transfer of
shares to CANHAVE Children’s Centre Inc., and send a second copy to the treasurer of
CANHAVE at tjmcburney@bell.net or by mail, who will ensure that a donation receipt is issued.
By whatever means you can share, all donations help in enabling children to gain basic
knowledge and life skills to succeed. Those who have done so remain grateful for the help given
by CANHAVE — help that absent parents could not give. May you be blessed as you seek to
